Dr. Leepsa Nabaghan Madhabika is an Assistant Teaching Professor in Business Administration and Business Communication at ASU at Lake Havasu. With a wealth of experience in teaching and research spanning ten years, Dr. Madhabika has successfully supervised and mentored students at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.

Dr. Madhabika holds a distinguished Ph.D. in finance from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Additionally, she possesses impressive academic credentials, including Master of Philosophy, Master of Commerce, and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. Leepsa's exceptional academic performance led her to receive three gold medals during her Master of Commerce program, specializing in Finance, and she also earned honors in Accountancy during her undergraduate studies.

She has certifications in "Alternative Investments" and "Business Analytics" from Online programs of Harvard Business School; the "Global Advocacy Certificate Program," "Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified Practitioner," and "Master Class for Teaching Online" certifications offered by Arizona State University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Madhabika has actively participated in international academic conferences and made impactful contributions by presenting research papers in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, India, and the United States. Her scholarly achievements encompass an extensive list of publications, comprising thirty-four research articles, thirty-seven conference proceedings, six case studies, one book review, one book chapter, and five poetry books. Dr. Madhabika has further contributed to the academic community by serving as an Editorial Advisory Board member for esteemed journals like the Asia-Pacific Finance, Accounting Review, and Asia-Pacific Marketing Review. Her expertise as a peer reviewer and Chair for conference concurrent sessions has added valuable insights to the academic discourse.

Dr. Madhabika's teaching and research interests are concentrated in vital areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Accounting. At Lake Havasu, she actively collaborates with community leaders through the HavaStartup Program to support local entrepreneurs.
