Steven McCorkle is an exercise physiologist and health educator.  He joined ASU@Lake Havasu in 2020 as a Lecturer in Kinesiology.  In addition to over a decade of teaching in higher education, he brings two decades of experience in his field.  He has Master’s degrees in both Exercise Science and Public Health.  His specialization has been the prevention and treatment of chronic disease through lifestyle modification and exercise. Mr. McCorkle focuses on practical application of kinesiology principles, stemming from 16 years in hospital wellness in areas ranging from cardiac rehabilitation and post physical therapy exercise to aquatic and adaptive fitness.
